Description

William Marsden. The Monmouth should be used for stationary service and we are to do what is necessary to fit her for that service without entering into any formal repair. We have a Carpenter's report on her condition and recommend she is docked for her bottom to be repaired, the copper removed and re-sheathed after caulking.
