William Marsden. The agent for William G. Nash has asked to be paid for the time he acted as Lieutenant of the Osprey sloop. His record shows he was entered Acting Lieutenant in August 1802 by the authority of Commodore Stopford. In the last book received, he was still in position and as there was a vacancy on the ship at this time, he should be paid until he was superceded.
