William Marsden. The father of the late Mr. Tringham has asked for the victualling of certain supernumeraries to be allowed in his accounts as Purser of the Acastra. The Muster books of the Acasta for January to October 1799 have been dispensed with so the supernumeraries cannot be ascertained, which has already been communicated to the father of the Purser.
