Commissioner Fanshawe to the Board. He has instructed the Master Shipwrights to pass on to the Quartermen, the displeasure of the Board with their attitude. They had refused to sign an Admiralty warrant. After hearing of this reaction, he gathered the Quartermen together and read out the warrant to them. The Master Shipwright was then told to give the Quartermen whatever order he thought necessary and to inform the Board of any disobedience..
