William Marsden. The widow of Mr. Docra, Boatswain of the Stork, has asked for dispensation for the papers necessary to pass his accounts. All have been received except for the survey of revenues of stores at the time he died on 29th November 1802. The Captain wrote in March 1803 that there was no deficiency, other than a launch. Propose this is allowed and the accounts passed because of his death.
