William Marsden. The Agents for A. Green ask for him to be paid for the time he acted as Lieutenant on the Thunderer. The records show he was appointed as an acting Lieutenant on the Thunderer, by order of Commodore Bowen from August 1797 to April 1801, when he was transferred to the Brunswick. There was a regular vacancy for a Lieutenant during this time so recommend he is paid on approval from the Admiralty.
