Description

Messrs. Cooke and Halford, agents for the Officers and crew of the Boadicea, which detained and sent to Plymouth, the Swedish ship Zacherman, report that the Admiralty Advocate has issued an unfavourable report on the ship and its cargo. They ask whether the Navy is in need of such items and will buy them if necessary or they will consent to restitution to prevent costs and damages to the captors.
