William Marsden. The agent of the late Thomas Restorick has asked for dispensation for papers to enable him to pass his accounts for the Gaiete. On investigation, no books or papers have been received to enable his accounts as Boatswain between February and July 1800 to be passed. The Captain of the ship has passed accounts for the period and recommend that the papers should be dispensed with and ask for approval.
