William Marsden. In October 1803, slides for carronades were ordered to be fitted to 12 boats supplied by the Lord Mayor of London. Seven of these boats are at Woolwich and nearly completed but they have no stores nor any oar or rudder. Ask if they are to be supplied at Woolwich.
