William Marsden. There has been a delay in completing the sloops contracted for December 1803 but the Scorpion brig and Kingfisher sloop are already launched and the Fly will be launched on 26th. This was because three of the builders contracted with, are no longer in business, their ships will be completed by newly hired labour. The other two are being completed by another builder on extended contracts.
