William Marsden. Captain Charles Cunningham has petitioned to be paid for the short time he commanded the Leopard, from September to October 1803. His successor produced a certificate, which says he left a complete record with necessary papers and there was no expenditure on stores during his command. Recommend Captain Cunningham should be paid, despite not leaving an account.
