Description

William Marsden. The Chatham Yard has been ordered to report whether the Regulus is capable of carrying 24-pounder carronades on both decks. The Officers recommend she could take 24-pounders on the lower deck but only 18-pounders on the upper. They are concerned about the condition of the waterways and beams and recommend that a few more knees should be fitted.
