Description

William Marsden. The agent to the late John Chambers asks for the papers mentioned in the letter should be dispensed with to enable him to get his accounts passed. The records show that Chambers was entered in the Vulcan's books in January 1800 as acting Gunner, by Captain Osborn. He died in August 1800. There was a regular vacancy for the time and ask for an order to enable the books to be cleared.
