William Marsden. Captain Richards asks to be paid for the time he served as Captain of the Culloden. The records show he was Captain of the Culloden until he was discharged in June 1800, when he was appointed Captain of the Courageux, supernumerary, from June to July 1800 and appointed Captain of the Culloden from July to August 1800, when he was paid off. He should be paid half pay from June to August.
