Description

Captain Gray to the Board. Mr. Marsden ordered him to send all new men by the Sheerness to the Nore. The Hebe was at Hull then and he told her Master that he could sail for the Nore with any new men as he had aboard, but he could not ignore Mr. Marsden's order for subsequent recruits..
