Evan Nepean. Mr. Marsden has sent a letter from Captain Vesey with a letter from Ralph Stott, Master of the Brilliant, who seeks payment for his services. How he is shown on the books of the Buffalo and Glatton. The entry was open at the end of 1803. Stott was sent home on service in the Glatton and can be continued on wages as Master of the Buffalo until the Court Martial is held, and ask for approval.
