Description

Evan Nepean. Reporting that William Henderson, Surgeon of Carysfort, was dismissed from the service by court martial in September 1788 for refusing a Sick Ticket to a seaman sent by the First Lieutenant of the Hospital at Gibraltar. He was restored to his rank in June 1789 but has not been employed since, due to his deranged state of mind.
