Description

Evan Nepean. Recommends that, although an affidavit is normally required from Pursers confirming the issue of slops, tobacco and beds, the need for such a document in respect of John Dawes, Purser of the Sulphur, who is now deceased, should be dispensed with so his agent may receive his pay.
