Evan Nepean. Although many of the papers relating to the service of Robert Allen as Carpenter of Success between August 1798 and April 1799 were lost when the ship was captured, the need to pass the Captain's accounts has already been dispensed with and it is recommend that Allen's accounts should likewise be passed.
