Description

Philip Stephens. Vice Admiral Shuldam and Commissioner Ourry have sent an account of a dreadful fire on the Torbay. Are sending an account from the Plymouth Officers of her condition and, considering the work necessary to repair her and the other works in hand there, opine it will be advisable to pay her off.
