Philip Stephens. There is an error in the entry of an article in Captain O'Hara's accounts. On 22nd March 1777 he drew a bill of exchange which was charged as an imprest against him. In making out his account to last December, he charged that bill as if it had amounted to a lesser amount. When the account was passed he was therefore deficient in the difference between the two sums and we cannot see what remedy he can expect, as we can see no reason for one.
