Philip Stephens. Mr. Jackson has sent a petition from George Williams, late Surgeon of the Orford, explaining the circumstances why he is marked Run on the ship's books and asking for it to be removed. How he is borne on the books. He has satisfied us that he was confined by the gout and could not go on the ship, when he was Run and opine his R should be removed.
