Philip Stephens. Have agreed for the Peggy, Sandwich, Amelia and George cutters, which are daily expected to arrive in the Downs. Have received an offer of another of the same tonnage and forces as the George. If we agree, it will complete the number directed to be hired by the March order. Give the guns and men proposed for each cutter.
