Description

Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Young, agent for transports informs us that the 18 men listed overleaf, were pressed out of the transports on the River, fitting for Inverness. All the men have left their ships. Asks for orders for them to be discharged, otherwise the transports cannot be got ready for service. Contractors building for us ask for the release of men pressed from their timber barges. Ask for orders to discharge men pressed from tenders.
