Description

Philip Stephens. Have ordered the prosecution of John Backley and John Chapman for stealing iron bolts, iron black cheek, iron rings and an iron ladle from the Hind at Plymouth. They have been acquitted as these articles were delivered to them in the presence of the Carpenter. Recommend he is prosecuted but to save money, he should be superseded.
