Description

Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Rooke, Commander of the Sandwich tender, reports she has only 2 4-pounder guns and asks for more of a larger weight. The owner has promised to find 4 more 4-pounders, which we consider sufficient for a vessel of this size. Ask to which port the owner is to send the guns for the tender.
