Philip Stephens. Richard Walker has asked for directions to be given for an order to dispense with Captain Clayton passing his accounts for the Camilla. Captain Clayton was borne on the books of the Camilla from August to December 1776 but as he has not produced any accounts from Captain Phipps of his having received the papers passing his account or undertaken to do so, opine his request cannot be complied with.
