Inform that as the Hind is ordered to Plymouth for refit, intend to order the Quebec to be taken into dock at Woolwich to see if she is in condition to be fitted for home service in the same manner as the Boston. Will send further reports when the other frigates in Ordinary have been examined and are sending a list of frigates lately commissioned.
