Philip Stephens. There is time to prepare pintles and braces of the mixed metal for the Minerva repairing at Deptford and the Hussar repairing at Woolwich. Propose those ships and the Ariel, building by Messrs. Perry and Company at Blackwall and the Proserpine, building by Mr. Barnard at Ipswich, may be sheathed with copper, the Ariel at Woolwich and the Proserpine at Sheerness.
