Philip Stephens. Several of the Officers of the Cruizer sloop, said to be burnt by order of Vice Admiral Lord Viscount Howe at Cape Fear, have applied for payment of their wages. Have received a set of pay books for the sloop to September last and ask for orders to pay her. Ask on what day she is to end wages and whether an allowance should be made by bill, equal to the Officers' pay for that time until their arrival in England, as was made to the Cygnet sloop, put out of commission at South Carolina by order, provided they have taken the earliest opportunity to return home.
