Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to R R N Lingan, Committee of the Council on Education, quoting the guardians, Clutton Poor Law Union, who now state that all objections to the eating arrangements for the schoolmaster and schoolmistress have now been removed and asking the committee to now send certificates for Joseph Driver and Elizabeth Briggs, the new holders of the posts.
