Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to W and E Willoby [William and Edward Willoby], Clerks to the Guardians of the Berwick-upon-Tweed Poor Law Union, forwarding a copy of the certificate awarded to the master of the workhouse school. Also stipulating the conditions under which the teacher's salary is to be paid. Annotated: copy to [Edward Hurst], Poor Law Inspector Paper Number: 49885/1851. Poor Law Union Number 325. Counties: Town and County of Berwick-upon-Tweed and Northumberland.
