Letter from Charles Hart, Clerk to the Liverpool Select Vestry, to the Poor Law Board, advising of two appointments: Ann Casanave, Head Schoolmistress at the industrial schools at a salary of £35 per annum, with board, washing and lodging at the school. John Hollinshead for a month on trial, to assist in the Out Relief Department, at 15 shillings per week. Annotated: Grace Halstead was appointed as Head Schoolmistress in October 1850, salary £35. Send the form and ask why Halstead resigned. Paper Number: 2866/1852.
