List of 15 prisoners on board hulk Captivity recommended for mercy:

  • [Frederick Purgear convicted at Bedford on 9 March 1825 for housebreaking.]
  • [William Brooks convicted at Nottingham on 12 March 1825 for stealing 10 shillings.]
  • [William Miller convicted at Liverpool on 24 October 1825 for stealing clothing.]
  • [Joseph Payford convicted at Oxford on 1 March 1826 for grand larceny.]
  • [Amos Cole convicted at Maidstone [Kent] on 12 April 1825 for stealing a handkerchief.]
  • William Munday convicted at Gloucester on 3 August 1826 for stealing fowls.
  • Thomas Parker convicted at Gloucester on 3 August 1826 for grand larceny.
  • James Doyle convicted at the Old Bailey on 26 October 1826 for larceny.
  • Joseph Smith convicted at the Old Bailey on 26 October 1826 for larceny.
  • [James Lloyd convicted at New Sarum on 8 July 1826 for grand larceny.]
  • Woodward George Dunnegan convicted at Wells [Somerset] on 5 August 1826 for stealing 4 silver spoons.
  • Frederick Udell convicted at Wells [Somerset] on 5 August 1826 for stealing a smock frock.
  • [Samuel Wood convicted at Newgate on 14 September 1826 for larceny.]
