Letter from George Milne on behalf of James Robinson Tomlin, Clerk to the Guardians of the Reeth Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, explaining that the statements in question [the statistical and financial statement, forms 16 and 17, for the half-year ended on Lady Day 1858] are ready for certification but that the auditor is away until late tomorrow night.
