A note headed 'Reeth Union' and signed by George Robinson, Clerk to the Overseers of Arkengarthdale parish [Reeth Poor Law Union], stating amounts of money received and paid out, 29 September 1857 and 25 March 1858. This is attached to a note expressing puzzlement about why it was sent. Enquiry is to be made about this and also to discover who employs George Robinson as Clerk to the Overseers of Arkengarthdale parish. Paper Number: 24538/1858. Poor Law Union Number 555. Counties: Yorkshire North Riding.
