Letter from J Pensam of Crown Office stating that, of those Commissions of the Peace requiring the insertion of the names of the police magistrates, only that for Hertfordshire was in the office, but that he would write without delay to obtain those for Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and Kent from their respective Clerks of the Peace.
