Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of stealing bread with previous conviction of felony at the Quarter Sessions at Exeter, Devon 06 April 1858.
Then aged 50 years and by trade a labourer.
Sentence: 4 years penal servitude.
Licence granted 29 June 1861, for early release from Portland prison.
