Description

Short title: Peters v Edgell.

Document type: Bill only.

Plaintiffs: John Peters, yeoman of Chew Magna, Somerset, Mary Peters, spinster of Chew Magna, Robert Peters, Frances Peters and Martha Peters infants (by Robert Peters senior of Chew Magna their father; said John Peters and Mary Peters and the infants are five of the eight children of said Robert Peters senior and Mary Peters his wife, formerly Mary Harwood, a daughter of John Harwood, house carpenter deceased of Bristol).

Defendants: Richard Edgell and Hester Edgell his wife, William Pow and Margaret Pow his wife and Stephen Stone.
