Plaintiffs: George Lewen, esq of Ewell, Surrey (sole executor of and residuary legatee of Sir William Lewen, kt deceased and late alderman of London).

Defendants: Robert Gayer the elder, Robert Gayer the younger, Arthur [Annesley] Earl of Anglesey, Thomas Gayer, Henry Gayer, William Overbury Oakley, Sir William Osbaldiston bart, Hon Bertram Ashburnham, Humphrey Ambler, Joseph Girdler esq, serjeant at law, Sir John Lade bart and George Wright.
