Plaintiffs: Solomon Ashley, esq of Westminster, Middlesex and Winifred Ashley his wife (sole executrix of Alexander Pitfield, esq deceased late of Hoxton, Middlesex who was sole executor and devisee of Dorothy Pitfield his late wife, deceased, who before her intermarriage with said Alexander Pitfield, was the widow and sole executrix of Robert Bodington, esq deceased late of London; and she was possessed of a great personal estate which, before her intermarriage she conveyed, in trust, to the said Alexander Pitfield, Edward Salway and Henry Phill, merchants of London, for her own separate use.
