Defendants: Samuel Clarke and Mary Clarke his wife, James Henry Clarke and Elizabeth Clarke (their children), William Brydges, sergeant at law and Susanna Brydges his wife, Ann Whitlock, Thomas Allen and Martha Allen his wife, Thomas Beake, Lucretia Snagy, Richard Hill, Christopher Saule, Michael Webb, Frederick Schwab, Robert King, gent and the Amiabile Society for a Perpetual Assurance Office.
