Folio 215. Blank page annotated: acknowledge and send a copy of the answer to Mr Brickwell. Inform Mr Brickwell that the Commissioners have considered the further statements which he has submitted to them in support of the claim that he has made upon the Board of Guardians for medical attendance in the cases adverted to and the Commissioners do not perceive that he was employed by the guardians or was engaged to attend upon the sick persons by any authority which rendered it incumbent on the guardians to pay him for his attendance on the cases.
