Folio 9: numerical abstract of cases mentioned in the journal, nosologically arranged.

Folios 10-11: Surgeon's general remarks. The number of convicts embarked were 224 from Dublin and the Cove of Cork. When they came on board, their general health was apparently good, although they appeared in a low state from deficient nourishment, even though the weather was fine they still suffered much from seasickness which induced great debility and they were unable to use their cocoa this is because all of the prisoners were Irish and unaccustomed to it [cocoa].
