Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of Felony, stealing silver spoons after a previous conviction for felony at the Quarter Sessions at Salford, Lancashire 20 October 1852.
Then aged 18 years and by trade a Factory.
Sentence: 10 years transportation.
Licence granted 17 November 1855, for early release from Portland prison.
