Folio 1: Patrick Millet, aged 22, convict; taken ill at Cove; case number 1; sick or hurt, synochus; put on sick list, 25 December 1829 at Cove, discharged 29 December 1829 well.

Folio 2: William White, aged 35, convict, taken ill at sea; case number 2; sick or hurt, catarrhus, pain of chest with cough; put on sick list 1 January 1830, discharged 6 January 1830 well.

Folio 2: John Cleary, aged 19, convict, taken ill at sea; case number 3; sick or hurt, cynanche tonsillaris, much pain with difficult deglutition; put on sick list, 14 January 1830, discharged 19 January 1830 well.
