Taken ill, 10 August 1797, at sea. Treatment continued folio 4. Became much worse 23 August, discharged to Plymouth Hospital, 14 September 1797 .

Discharged to Plymouth Hospital, 4 September 1797. Had been in irons for some time before becoming ill, described as 'a most mutinous scoundrel'.
