Description

William Wesley Pole. Commissioner Cunningham has signified to Messrs Mills, Hughes and Baugh that they should retain their steam engine, with the expectation of its being used for the removal of mud in the River Thames near Woolwich Dockyard. There will be an expense for keeping the engine unemployed.
