Description

William Wellesley Pole. Further to the estimate of the charge of wages, victuals, and wear and tear for 130,000 men including 31,000 marines for 1809, report the opinion of the Victualling Board as to how the provisions should be distributed between London, Portsmouth, Plymouth and Dover.
