Description

William Wellesley Pole. Vice Admiral Vashon has withdrawn his earlier complaint against the Master of the Queen Charlotte hired cutter and now states that the time lost while the ship was in port for repairs was short and that the Master's subsequent conduct was exemplary. Ask for reconsideration of the order to mulct the owners of the Queen Charlotte.
